What is GWRRA?
Established in 1977, the Gold Wing Road Riders Association (GWRRA) is an International Association that provides an atmosphere for fun, safety, and knowledge to Honda Gold Wing and Valkyrie motorcycle owners.
GWRRA is a social organization formed for the pleasure, recreation, safety, exchange of information, coordination of common motorcycle efforts, promotion of camaraderie and friendship of its members and chapters..

The New York District of GWRRA is made up of 13 chapters within the state of New York. We are a member of the Northeast Region (B), which is made up of 11 states; Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine.
Chapter "W" is located in Rochester, New York
Chapter "W" Gathers the third Thursday of each month at the Elm Grove Family Restaurant at 6:00 PM. (Click here for more Gathering info)
Every Tuesday evening we Show 'n Go near the Burger King on Pixley Road, near Buffalo Road, in the Big Lot's parking lot for a ride to someplace to eat. We do this year around using 2, 3, or 4 wheels when needed. (Like -2 degrees in January)
Also, other rides take place on most weekends to someplace of interest to the chapter members. Return to the home page and click on the Ride Schedule link for more ride information.
Rider Education is a good reason to join GWRRA. Classes and seminars are held through out the year at various meetings. Our Rider Education director will give a short talk at our Gatherings that pertain to rider education. First Aid courses are also held periodically.
The GWRRA motto is: Friends for Fun, Safety and Knowledge.
